NAI Daus Brokers a Sale of 23,524 SF Warehouse Facility on 2.17 Acres in Cleveland, Ohio

Cleveland, Ohio – (December 17, 2009) Ardent Products Corporation, a distributor and light assembler of technology based products, has purchased a 23,524 square-foot warehouse facility on 2.17 acres in Cleveland’s MidTown neighborhood. Ardent Products, whose founder is from overseas, has decided to invest in the City of Cleveland by acquiring the facility at 6401 MidTown Commerce Park Drive in Cleveland, Ohio. Tom Gustafson and Kevin Riley of Colliers represented the buyer; Scott Garson, CCIM, Sr. Vice President of NAI Daus represented the seller, Hill Floral Products, in this transaction.
