Scott Garson of NAI Daus Brokers Two Industrial Transactions

Scott Garson, Sr. Vice President of NAI Daus Brokers a Sale of 80,178 SF Industrial Facility in Cleveland, Ohio.
East 123rd Street Properties has purchased an 80,178 square-foot industrial facility, located at 1100 East 55th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, from Graybar Electric Company, Inc.  East 123rd Street Properties will be leasing the lower level to a wholesale building supply company, which is scheduled to open this new location in the summer.  The upper floor, which has at grade access, includes 26,000 square-feet of vacant warehouse and 15,000 square-feet of office, will be made available for lease through Scott Garson of NAI Daus.   Scott Garson of NAI Daus represented the buyer and Bob Garber of CRESCO represented the seller in this transaction. 

Scott also closes a Lease of 10,000 SF warehouse facility in Cleveland, Ohio.
New Western Reserve Recycling has leased 10,000 square-feet of warehouse space at 1288 Marquette Street in Cleveland, Ohio.  New Western Reserve Recycling is a local company specializing in industrial metal recycling and felt facility at 1288 Marquette Street was a perfect fit because of its proximity to the industrial core of the city.   David Sternberg of Metrospace Realty represented the Lessee; Scott Garson of NAI Daus represented the Landlord in this transaction.
