NAI Daus Announces Strategic New Hire

NAI Daus is proud to announce a talented new member of its team of established brokers,Debbie Maggard.  Maggard has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and results.

Maggard’s experience includes retail tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, industrial and office sales and leasing.  She works with both local and national tenants.  Her clients include: H&R Block, Pizza Hut, Best Buy, Curves, Verizon Wireless and PetSmart, to name a few.  

Maggard has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1981.  She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and her area of specialization is in the retail sector of commercial real estate.  Maggard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
