NAI Daus Brokers Three Key Commercial Real Estate Transactions in NE Ohio

NAI Daus and its BPS Mgmt Inc. was hired as the property management company for the Alfred Professional Building and as the broker for the sale of the building to Optimus Development, LLC.  Within seven months of working with the Alfred team, NAI Daus brokered the sale of the 30,000 sf office-flex multi-tenant building in Strongsville, Ohio to Optimus Development, LLC. NAI Daus’ broker Lisa Trevino was the lead on the sale.

In another transaction, NAI Daus represented Victoria Road Industrial Complex in Austintown, Ohio in securing the tenant Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc., a leading third party logistics provider located in Youngstown, Ohio.  Comprehensive Logistics required a facility for the expansion of its operations and will be using the high quality facility for components assembly and Just-in-time distribution services to the nearby GM Lordstown plant.  Lordstown’s GM Plant is gearing up for the production of the new Chevrolet Cruze.  Comprehensive Logistics chose to sign a lease in the Victoria Road Industrial Complex because it provides Class A distribution and manufacturing space along with extensive truck staging capabilities and convenient access to all nearby interstates and the Ohio and Pennsylvania turnpikes.  Christopher Semarjian and Jeffrey Bilsky of NAI Daus represented the Landlord of 365-375 Victoria Road, while Howard Moss of Omni Property Companies represented the Tenant, Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. in this transaction.

In other news, NAI Daus brokered Flexalloy, Inc.’s sale of 147,880 sf of high quality industrial space in Streetsboro , Ohio to 555 Mondial, LLC.  NAI Daus’ David Hexter and Jeffrey Calig represented Flexalloy, Inc.
