NAI Daus Brokers Two Office/Warehouse Leases

NAI Daus’ Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate, recently completed two office/warehouse leases in Northeast Ohio.   

 

RFI Americas recently signed a lease to occupy 9239 Ravenna Road in Twinsburg, Ohio.  They chose the 1,800 square-feet of office/warehouse space in Point East Condominiums for their distribution of wireless infrastructures.  Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus was the lead in this transaction.

 

In another transaction, Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus represented the landlord, Franchar Inc. in a 7,500 square-foot lease located at 19860 Ingersoll Drive in Rocky River, Ohio.  The undisclosed tenant was self represented and will occupy the office/warehouse space July 1, 2010.
