NAI Daus exclusively represented Huntington Learning Center in securing a new location in Erie Commons Shopping Center, 8000 Plaza Blvd., Mentor, Ohio. Huntington Learning Center, which provides children with tutoring and supplemental instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, study skills, phonics and much more, recently opened in early June. Erie Commons Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Eagle and is located across from Great Lakes Mall which brings a regional draw for households in the area.

action, NAI Daus represented Erie Island Coffee in securing a new coffee shop in Cleveland’s Westside. This will be their third location, which is located at Beachcliff Market Square in Rocky River, Ohio. The coffee shop is planned to open in July will feature, a drive thru and three glass walls, which open to create an indoor/outdoor patio. James Samuels, Vice President and Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services of NAI Daus represented the tenant while Angelo Catalano of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in this transaction.
