NAI Daus’ Ira Krumholz is Named Chair of NAI Global Asset Services Council

Ira Krumholz, President of BPS Mgmt., Inc, the property management division of NAI Daus, has been elected Chair of the NAI Global Asset Services Council.   Krumholz, one of the founding members of the council, received this position at the NAI Global Asset Services Council spring meeting, which was held in Cleveland, Ohio.  The council is comprised of 40+ NAI Global property management offices around the United States managing over 200,000,000 million square feet of commercial real estate.  The council provides a forum to educate and share best practices to member companies throughout the NAI Global system.

BPS Mgmt, Inc. manages almost 4,000,000 square feet of space as well as student housing units, in Northeast Ohio.  With an office in Cleveland and Akron, the company has seen significant growth in the last 3 years.
