NAI Daus Completes Lease with Bright Ideas Press

NAI Daus recently completed a lease transaction with Bright Ideas Press, a successful local publishing company that provides materials for daily use in thousands of classrooms across Northeast Ohio and beyond.  Bright Ideas Press will move to 23645 Mercantile Drive in Beachwood, Ohio.  The move will dramatically increase office and warehouse space (currently the basement of the CEO’s home) to 13,000 square feet of flex space with expansion capabilities.  Continued growth is on the way.
