NAI Daus Negotiates 137,400 SF in Leases

 

NAI Daus recently negotiated two lease transactions for a total of 137,400 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 5111 Richmond Road in Bedford Heights, Ohio.  The tenants, Decker Equipment Company, a worldwide supplier of used forklifts and lift trucks, will now utilize 61,500 square feet of the building while, Brand Castle LLC, a producer of cooking and baking kits, will occupy the remaining 75,900 square feet.

Todd Gardiner & Associates represented the tenant, Decker Equipment Company, and Coven-Goldman Associates represented the other tenant, Brand Castle LLC.  Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate and Scott Garson, CCIM, Sr. Vice President of NAI Daus represented the Landlord, Samson Realty Company in this transaction.
