NAI Daus Completes Investment Sale in Stow, Ohio

Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate at NAI Daus recently completed a $595,000.00 Investment Sale to 4963 Properties LLC. The 5,200 square foot retail center located at 4963 Darrow Road in Stow, Ohio was on the market for only 30 days until 4963 Properties LLC placed the property under contact. Great Clips and Bruegger’s Bagels occupy the 5,600 square foot retail center, and currently there is 1,400 square feet of unoccupied space, which Chris Seelig, Sr. Vice President at NAI Daus is exclusively marketing for lease.
