NAI Daus Completes Two Lease Transactions in Rocky River, Ohio

Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate at NAI Daus recently completed two lease transactions on Ingersoll Drive in Rocky River, Ohio.  Automotive Events, which specializes in the development and management of authentic public relations events in the automotive and motorsports industries, will occupy 11,600 square feet of warehouse space located at 19954 Ingersoll Drive.  In another transaction Renuvo Inc., a fashion salon will revamp 7,200 square feet of showroom/warehouse space located at 19900 Ingersoll Drive.  Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus was the lead in both transactions and represented the Landlord.
