New Dunkin Donuts Location to open in Mentor, Ohio

NAI Daus in Cleveland, brokered a land sale to the food retailer Dunkin Donuts.  Dunkin Donuts will be located on an outparcel in front of Levin Furniture at 7799 Mentor Avenue, in Mentor Ohio.  They plan to open fall of 2011.  Bob Brehmer, Managing Partner and Lisa Trevino, Sales Associate of NAI Daus represented 7799 Mentor LLC and were the lead in this transaction.
