NAI Daus Completes Office Transaction

 

An International Division Enters Northeast Ohio

Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate of NAI Daus recently completed an office transaction in Northeast Ohio, bringing ETi Solid State Lighting Inc. to the Greater Cleveland area.

ETi Solid State Lighting Inc. a division of Elec-Tech International of Hong Kong recently signed a lease for 4,000 square feet of office / warehouse space at 26650 Renaissance Parkway.  ETi Solid State Lighting will be pursuing LED general lighting products in North America.  Robert Wetzel represented ETi Solid State Lighting Inc. in this transaction.
