NAI Daus Completes Three Retail Transactions
Openings for Mad Greek Restaurant, Verizon Wireless, and Huntington Learning Center

NAI Daus in Cleveland, recently completed three retail lease transactions. The Mad Greek Restaurant has signed a 10-year lease to join the food court at Beachwood Place Mall in Beachwood, Ohio; grand opening is set for the holiday season. This will be the second location for Mad Greek. Their current location is in Cleveland Heights at Fairmount and Cedar, which has been in business for 30 years in Northeast Ohio. Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services at NAI Daus represented Mad Greek in this transaction.
In another transaction, Verizon Wireless moved from Claremont Avenue to 1041 Commerce Parkway in Ashland, Ohio. This Verizon Wireless Corporate store will be joining Aldi and Showplace Rentals in the recently constructed retail center on Commerce Parkway. 8,800 square-feet are still available for lease in this center. Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services at NAI Daus, represented the landlord Loral Ashland Plaza LLC.
Lastly, Chris Seelig represented Huntington Learning Center, a tutoring and test preparation service for school age children, in a relocation from 2216 Warrensville Center Road in University Heights, Ohio to Cedar Center on Cedar Road in University Heights, Ohio. This move was made to make room for a new McDonald’s restaurant on the Warrensville Road property.
