Below is a highlight video of our annual Commercial Real Estate and Economic Overview event.  This year we celebrated the 50th anniversary of NAI Daus, originally established in 1964 by Alan R. Daus. The event was held at the end of June at Progressive Field, with a cocktail reception on the Home Run Porch.

Alec Pacella, managing partner at NAI Daus gave the market overview and he did a look back to events from 50 years ago. Jack Kleinhenz, Ph.D (kleinhenzassociates.com) gave the economic outlook for this year. Our keynote speaker was Mike Hargrove, former Cleveland Indians Manager. Our Cleveland Innovators segment featured Jon Stahl and Matt Volosin of LeanDog (leandog.com) who were there to discuss their innovative business practices and office location on the old Hornblowers barge at Northcoast Harbor. They also brought the Cleveland Skylift Project cable car (clevelandskylift.com) so guests could view the project during our reception. Another Cleveland innovator was in attendance and brought their drone technology with them. Matthew Vilevac and Michael Hach of Cleveland Aerial Media  (clevelandaerialmedia.com) discussed the future of drone technology and gave our guests a demonstration of the drone in action.

We would like to thank our Sponsors.
