NAI Daus Promotes Jill Dzina to Assistant Vice President – Senior Property Manager

NAI Daus announced today the promotion of Jill Dzina, ARM ® to Assistant Vice President and Senior Property Manager in the Property Management Division of NAI Daus.

Jill joined NAI Daus in 2012 as Property Manager. She is responsible for the management of 23 properties consisting of 32 buildings and over 1.1 million square feet for individual owners, institutional investors and receiverships. Her portfolio of managed assets consists of industrial, office, residential and retail space throughout Northeast Ohio. Jill directs the day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, tenant build-out and other operations. She also is responsible for working with tenants to assist with renewals and retention. Jill develops annual operating budgets and analyzes monthly financial statements. She has over 20 years in Property Management throughout Northeast Ohio. She has a successful history of managing a diverse portfolio of 21 properties and over 2 million square feet at Vintage Management Services, and managing the industrial portfolio of Handl-it Inc./Park Place Property Management totaling 4 million square feet. Jill was also recently recognized by Northern Ohio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as CPM ® Candidate of the Year.
