NAI Daus in Cleveland, recently completed a deal to bring McDonald’s to University Heights.  A 24,000 square-foot shopping center located at 2216 Warrensville Center Road in University Heights will be demolished, to make way for McDonald’s to construct a new restaurant on the 1.18 acre parcel.  McDonald’s signed a 20 year ground lease and plans to be open for business sometime in December.
