  NAI Daus recently negotiated two lease transactions for a total of 137,400 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 5111 Richmond Road in Bedford Heights, Ohio.  The tenants, Decker Equipment Company, a worldwide supplier of used forklifts and lift trucks, will now utilize 61,500 square feet of the building while, Brand Castle LLC, a producer of cooking and baking kits, will occupy the remaining 75,900 square feet. NAI Daus Completes Land Sale in Avon, Ohio to The Salvation Army
